With more than two decades of experience in executive recruitment and talent advisory, Ms. Jeffery brings deep expertise across financial services, fintech, payments, real estate, and technology. Her appointment reflects Massey Henry’s continued focus on delivering high-impact, relationship-driven search solutions in an increasingly dynamic talent landscape.
In her role, Ms. Jeffery will oversee the firm’s Search Delivery team, bringing a seasoned, client-focused perspective shaped by years of hands-on experience executing complex leadership mandates.
Her appointment follows a year defined by record momentum and national recognition for Massey Henry — including being named one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies by The Globe and Mail and the strategic expansion of its Leadership Practice with the addition of two senior Partners, Sébastien Bélair and Dana Zorbas.

She has led mandates across finance, operations, technology, product, marketing, and human resources, as well as interim appointments.
