She has held senior leadership roles at major Canadian banking institutions, including CWB Financial Group and National Bank of Canada, where she led national teams and oversaw enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies spanning corporate functions, commercial banking, technology, regulatory compliance, and executive recruitment.

As Principal at Massey Henry, Rachel leads the firm’s Search Delivery team, bringing a unique perspective shaped by her recruitment expertise and her previous experience as a client of executive search firms. She draws on this insight to help deliver high-impact leadership mandates with a focus on client service.
