TORONTO, April 29, 2026 – Massey Henry announced today that Jeff Hauswirth has joined the firm as Senior Partner, Board & CEO Practice.
Building on its recognition by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business as one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies, the appointment strengthens the firm’s capabilities in CEO search and succession, board recruitment, and senior leadership advisory, and further expands its expertise in the real assets sector.
Hauswirth brings more than three decades of global experience in executive search, including 25 years at a leading international firm, where he served on the board of directors and helped grow its presence across Canada and the Asia-Pacific region. He also held the role of vice chairman and head of North America at a global leadership advisory firm focused on real assets.

Beyond his search work, he is a recognized commentator and keynote speaker and has been featured by BNN and The Globe and Mail. He has also authored studies and thought leadership on executive leadership and succession.
