Jeff Hauswirth is a Senior Partner at Massey Henry, where he leads strategic Board, CEO, and C-suite mandates.
Over the course of his career, he has led more than 300 senior-level recruitment and advisory assignments, including nearly 200 CEO, President, and General Manager searches globally.
A recognized industry leader, Jeff previously led the global Real Estate Practice of a leading international executive search firm, where he spent more than 25 years. During his tenure, he held a series of senior leadership roles, including serving on the firm’s Board of Directors, leading its Canadian business, and co-leading operations in the Asia Pacific region.
Jeff also served as Vice Chairman and Head of North America for a global professional services firm focused on real assets, where he was responsible for developing the firm’s Canadian platform and, more broadly, its global footprint.
Beyond his search work, Jeff is a recognized media commentator and keynote speaker whose perspectives have been featured by BNN and The Globe and Mail. He has also authored studies and thought leadership on executive leadership and succession.
In addition, Jeff has served as Chair of the adjudication committee for the Canadian Business Hall of Fame and as a member of the Canadian Business CEO of the Year Advisory Board. He currently serves on the Boards of Habitat for Humanity Canada, Next Hydrogen, Fitzrovia, and previously served as Chair of Second Harvest.
Mr. Hauswirth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Guelph and is also a graduate of the Canadian Junior College in Lausanne, Switzerland.
