Dana brings nearly two decades of executive coaching and leadership consulting experience, partnering with some of the largest organizations in North America.

Her work spans a broad range of industries and financial services institutions, including global banks, private equity firms, pension and benefits funds, and insurance companies.

At Massey Henry, Dana is a Partner in the firm’s Leadership Practice, focusing on coaching, onboarding, and talent development engagements for C-suite, executive-level, and high-potential leaders.

She works with individual executives and senior leadership teams to enhance personal performance and team effectiveness, and partners with organizations to accelerate emerging talent, leaders transitioning into new roles, and leaders identified through succession planning.

As a practitioner, Dana applies practical, science-backed methods to drive lasting outcomes. She delivers rigorous 360° feedback to assess performance and capabilities, provides tailored one-to-one coaching to expedite onboarding, and facilitates team performance coaching to refine how teams work together.

Dana holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, an Affiliate Member of Harvard’s McLean Institute of Coaching (IOC), and a certified Hogan and Birkman assessment practitioner.
