Mr. Mehta brings more than a decade of global recruitment experience and specialization across financial services, with a focus on private equity, real estate, and asset management. He has partnered with organizations across Canada, the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand, delivering tailored search solutions within highly competitive and evolving markets.
As Engagement Manager, Mr. Mehta serves as a key member of the firm’s Search Delivery team, with a particular focus on Chief Financial Officer and senior financial officer searches. He supports end-to-end search execution with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and establishing trusted client partnerships.
His appointment further strengthens Massey Henry’s ability to support financial services clients as they continue to evolve in response to changing operating models, consumer expectations, and leadership demands.
